Tracker Security LLC was founded as a result of the insights Brian and Charlie encountered through their career as Texas Peace Officers. Too often, Brian and Charlie experienced cases where limited physical evidence and lack of traceable documentation prevented investigations from being resolved. Both Brian and Charlie have embraced and utilized advanced technologies in the prevention and investigation of crime, and used these principles as the basis for this company. Brandon joined Tracker Security due to his expertise in the security field and his unwavering commitment to this community.

Charles Motz
Charles Motz V (Charlie) was raised in New Braunfels, Texas and graduated from New Braunfels High School in 1993. After high school, Charlie attended college at Texas A&M University Kingsville (formerly Texas A&I University), and San Antonio College. Charlie has always been involved in the community serving in the CAR, SAR, Elks, Past President of the New Braunfels Jaycee’s, and Former District Director for the Texas Jaycce’s. In 1998 Charlie decided to follow his dream, and started his career in law enforcement. Charlie has served his community as a Texas Peace Officer for 20 years. During this time Charlie has served as a patrol officer, patrol supervisor, field training officer, team leader of the crisis negotiation team, and most recently as a criminal investigator. Through his assignment as a Detective, Charlie has investigated both property and persons crimes. Charlie’s primary assignments have consisted of burglary investigations, mobile data forensics, and utilizing cellular technology in investigations. Charlie was assigned the task of maintaining, and implementing technological upgrades to intricate electronic systems utilized by Swat, and Crisis Negotiators. Charlie currently holds his Master Peace Officer license. Through his law enforcement experience, Charlie brings an expertise to Tracker Security LLC with regards to the use of technology in Crime Prevention, Security Consulting, and Investigations. Charlie looks forward to continuing to serve his community through education, and innovative products Tracker Security, LLC brings to our community.
Brian Morgan
Brian Morgan was born and raised in New Braunfels, Texas and graduated from Canyon High School in 2001. After high school Brian attended Sam Houston State University and attained a bachelor of science degree in criminal justice with a minor in psychology. While in college, Brian was an active member in the Golden Key International Honors Society and the community service chairman for the university chapter of Ducks Unlimited. After college, Brian began his carrier in law enforcement where in addition to his patrol duties he volunteered to be on special assignments to include SWAT and Honor Guard. After spending 3 years on midnight patrol, Brian was promoted to criminal investigations. During his 7 years as a Detective, Brian has investigated both property and persons crimes. Brian also became the sole Detective assigned to computer and cell phone forensics and is well versed and certified in the forensic acquisition of digital evidence. Brian was assigned the task of installing and maintaining the video equipment in the interview rooms in addition to all covert surveillance equipment. Brian was promoted to the position of Detective Sergeant and supervised all property crimes Detectives in addition to the crime analyst. Brian holds a masters peace officers license in the State of Texas. During his time as a Detective Brian has learned the value of technology as it relates to the prevention and solvability of crime. Brian believes education, documentation, and automation are the key to being proactive against crime. Brian is the proud father of 4 children and husband to his incredible wife Miranda. Brian is excited about the proactive, innovative approach the team at Tracker Security, LLC is bringing to the citizens it serves as it will make our community a safer place to live for his family and yours.
Brandon Ford
Brandon Ford was raised in the Texas Panhandle, and has lived in New Braunfels for the past 10 years. Brandon is a veteran who honorably served in the U.S. Army, serving 3 tours in Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Brandon holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Occupation Education from Wayland Baptist University, and an Alternative Texas Teaching Certificate from Texas Lutheran University. Brandon has been in the security industry since 2010, serving as a project manager with a focus in Access Control, CCTV, and Alarm Systems. Brandon brings immeasurable experience to the Tracker Security LLC team, through his management of projects for many different industries to include: healthcare, financial, education, state and federal government, and the energy sector. Brandon is the proud father of 3 great kids, and husband to his beautiful wife Sarah. Brandon looks forward to serving the community as part of the Tracker Security LLC team, providing safety, security, and peace of mind, to our customers at an affordable price.
